Camilla la Mozzarella’s Standard Operational Procedures
To keep our cheese hygienic, we apply SOP for all production staff to wear a special set of clothes and a set of self-cleaning. The production outfits consist of a clean face mask, hair cap, apron, and boots that are always washed after each production process. While pre-production self-cleaning process consist of the 7 steps of washing hands.
Everyday, our factory also being cleaned right before the production started and after the production finished, starts from our machinery, tools and equipment, and lastly the floor before everyone leave the area. These SOP are applied to fulfil our promise to provide the best quality of fresh mozzarella and other types of cheese that includes the notion of cleanliness.
